Working principle
YK series circular vibrating screen is inertia vibrating screen with single axis circular motion.When the circular vibrating screen works with inertia motor, the inertia force produced by the eccentric block forces sieve box vibration, and makes the material adding on the surface of the sieve machine produce casting movement, so that a certain particle size of material particles implement screening operation through the sieve pore.As the vibrator is fixed up above the gravity of screen box, the oval long axis at both ends of the screen box becomes figure of eight, and the top end of the oval long axis in the feeding end is towards discharge direction.That makes for the material on the box spreading out rapidly.However, as the oval long axis at the upper end of discharge is against the discharge direction, it will reduce the speed of material movement, make the material which is hard to pass the screen through screen, and the arc shape surface area increases the effective area of the screen, so that it can improve its processing capacity.
